Yes. Joining and trading is completely free. A Premium plan is available for businesses that want priority placement on Discover, more active trade slots, and advanced analytics.
You can join as a sole trader or freelancer. If you have a 13-digit NZBN we'll automatically verify your business against the Companies Office Register and add a Verified ✓ badge to your profile.
Trades are negotiated directly between the two businesses in our built-in chat. You agree on scope, deliverables, and timeline before either party commits.
Either party can decline before work starts. After completion, both sides leave a public review — repeat offenders are quickly weeded out by the community.
